Quality management is a journey, it requires patience, dedication, and a willingness to integrate it deeply into your company’s culture and processes. 4-6 months is the average time to implement your QMS and achieve certification if this is your goal. Every company is different and operates at a different pace based on their size, management’s level of dedication, involvement, and resource availability.

1. Implementation project cost*

- Implementation Toolkit with all relevant QMS documentation that is fully customisable.

- Reputable Certification Bodies, e.g. SABS, BSI, TüV, DQS
- There are audit-fees and annual (certification) fees to be paid.
- The Certification Bodies normally allow for payments to take place over a period of 12 months and can be arranged with them, upon request.
- No payment results in the suspension of certification, i.e. return of certificate/s. • Certification is valid for 3 years.
